2. Equipment and Facilities

  • Professional kitchen equipment and facilities are provided for educational purposes only.
  • Students are responsible for proper handling and care of all equipment and facilities.
  • Any damage caused by negligence may result in financial responsibility.

3. Health and Safety Standards

  • All students must maintain proper food safety certification as required by program standards.
  • Adherence to health and safety protocols is mandatory, including proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
  • Students must report any health conditions that may affect food handling or kitchen safety.

4. Curriculum and Assessment

  • Course content and curriculum are subject to modification to reflect industry standards and requirements.
  • Students must complete all required assessments, practical examinations, and projects.
  • Certification is contingent upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements.

5. Professional Conduct

  • Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Professional kitchen etiquette and communication standards must be observed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Course materials, recipes, and techniques taught are proprietary to BlackBeltAcadUp.
  • Students may not reproduce or distribute course materials without written permission.
  • Photography and recording policies must be followed during classes.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Tuition and fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Refund requests are subject to the academy's refund policy and timeline.
  • Additional costs for ingredients, tools, or special events are not included in basic tuition.

8. Attendance and Completion

  • Regular attendance is required to maintain enrollment status.
  • Make-up sessions may be arranged subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Program completion requirements must be met within the specified timeframe.
